Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of Pomodoro by Elsa, including its iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, widget, Live Activity, and website experiences. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
What Pomodoro by Elsa provides
Pomodoro by Elsa is a productivity timer with custom session lengths, reminders, app blocking, ambient sounds, focus history, widgets, Live Activities, Apple Watch controls, task tags, and automated Focus Coach observations.
The service is a productivity aid. It does not guarantee improved performance, health, wellbeing, or any particular result. Focus Coach messages are general automated insights and are not medical or professional advice.
License and acceptable use
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the service. You may not copy, distribute, sell, lease, tamper with, disrupt, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.
Permissions and third-party services
Some features require optional Apple permissions or services, including Notifications, Screen Time and Family Controls, HealthKit, iCloud, WidgetKit, and Watch Connectivity. Those services remain subject to Apple’s terms.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or operating system, or permanent availability of a feature.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pomodoro by Elsa and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, productivity, profits, or opportunities. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access if use violates these terms, threatens the service, or harms another person.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
